Position Overview:
As a Flight Operations Instructor II, you will be an integral part of the training team at NIT. Your primary role will be to assist in the training and development of Flight Operations trainees. This involves conducting tutorials and practical exercises under close supervision, preparing materials for practical sessions, and performing other related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in training Flight Operations trainees
2. Conduct tutorials and practical exercises
3. Prepare materials for practical exercises
4. Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must have an Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination and a certificate of completion for the Flight Operations Officer Course, along with a valid Flight Operations Officer License recognized by the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA). Experience as a flight operations officer in an airline and/or a certificate of completion of an Instructional Techniques Course, also recognized by TCAA, will be highly regarded. Additionally, a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Air Transport Management, Airport Management, Airline Management, Aviation Safety Management, Logistics and Transport Management, Logistics Management, Meteorology, or Transport Management with a GPA of at least 3.5 from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.

Remuneration:
The selected candidate will receive a salary in accordance with the FAVS 2.1 scale.
