#### Job Summary
This role involves various responsibilities aimed at supporting the training and development of student pilots under close supervision. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our students receive the best possible training and guidance.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Flight Instructor II, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in training student pilots under close supervision.
2. Conducting briefings and debriefings for student pilots.
3. Conducting tutorial and practical exercises for student pilots.
4. Preparing lessons for theoretical, simulator, and flight exercises.
5. Monitoring students during flight checks.
6. Performing any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

#### Qualification and Experience
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Holder of an Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination or Ordinary Certificate of Secondary Education Examination.
- Valid CPL with ME and IR in Aircraft Category used for training, recognized by TCAA.
- A minimum of 250 logged flight hours, with at least 150 hours as PIC on the aircraft type used for training.
- Possession of a Flight Instructor Rating will be an added advantage.

#### Remuneration
The successful candidate will be offered a remuneration package under the FAVS 4.1 scale.
